Our client currently has opportunities for Medical and Allied Health Professionals. In this roles you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing holistic primary health care services.In this role you will be:1. Supporting Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander people, including children, providing a range of Medical and Allied Health services across the Region.2. Supporting people with severe and complex mental health illness so they are better managed in primary health care environment;3. Utilising the referral pathways community engagement system;4.
