We are currently working with our client, An Aboriginal Community Health Service, in a regional town in South West Queensland. Our client currently has opportunities for Medical and Allied Health Professionals. In this roles you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing holistic primary health care services.
In this role you will be:
1. Supporting Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander people, including children, providing a range of Medical and Allied Health services across the Region.
2. Supporting people with severe and complex mental health illness so they are better managed in primary health care environment;
3. Utilising the referral pathways community engagement system;
4. Promoting and deliver a local or regional approach to Primary Health Care;
You will need to consider the following criteria for the role:
- • Qualifications and experience Qualification and AHPRA registration as a General Medical Practitioner, Allied Health Professional, Psychologist, AASW or equivalent body in respect of The NDIS Manager role
- • Be in possession or be eligible for Drivers Authorisation Card;
- • A current Queensland C class open driver licence;
- • Possess or be eligible for Working with Children Blue Card (Queensland);
- • Possess First Aid and/or CPR Certification desirable;
- • Must pass a criminal history check.
